Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75 lbs)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
15 Box jumps (24″/20″)

CrossFit Open Workout 13.2

Last night CrossFit.com released the second workout of the 2013 Games season.  It doesn’t get more CrossFit than this workout!

The energy of last week’s Thursday Night Throwdown was epic and something to be remembered.  We have no doubt that this evenings event will bring the same.

Remember to sign-up for a Thursday night heat in MBO!

Upon Arriving Tonight: 
1. Stop at the check-in table
2. Check off and initial by your name on the printed heat sheets taped to the table
3. Read the whiteboard for the suggested warm-up
4. Head to the warm-up area and start warming up
5. Be ready to be called for your heat 10 minutes prior to your start time.  Listen for the heat runner to call your heat by heat start time.

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box

MASTERS MEN – includes Masters Men 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
95 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
95 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box

MASTERS WOMEN – includes Masters Women 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
55 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
55 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box
