Coming out for today’s Floodraiser? Here’s what you need to know!
When you arrive at Roots:
1. Visit the check-in table and make a donation (cash or check please).
2. Sign a waiver if you are visiting Roots.
3. Put yourself in a heat on the heat sheet papers posted on the whiteboard. Heats will run every 15 minutes beginning at 8:20am
4. Warm-up in the back half of the shop
5. Listen for your heat time to be called
6. Do the workout!
7. Write up your score on the whiteboard
8. Drink coffee, chat with folks, and cheer on the athletes doing the following heats.
