CrossFit Open WOD 11.6 – Details for Saturday
Tomorrow’s the big day! The wrap-up of the 2011 CrossFit Open and the last of the MBS, Verve, Roots traveling road show. Be sure to sign-up on MBO for a time slot.
Workout – we will host workout 11.6 from 9-11am on Saturday. Warm-up will occur the first 20 minutes of each hour followed by 4 consecutive heats. To sign-up for an hour time slot, click here. Athletes will self-assign themselves into heats upon arriving to Roots.
Chicken Pot Luck – we will host a chicken pot luck lunch immediately following the workout at 11am. We’ll provide a ton of chicken, please bring a salad to share!
Sponsors – we’ll have BooBars, Silk Pure Almond Milk, coffee from The Cup, and Patagonia gift cards on site for sampling or for raffle!

How much does it cost? Nothing. Donations appreciated from visiting athletes.
If I’m not doing the CrossFit Open, can I still do the workout? Of course! Please please come. It’s going to be a blast.
Can I bring my family to watch the workout and then attend the potluck? Of course! The more the merrier.

I’m down for some team action. I have very little desire to repeat it as an individual, but doing it as a team would mix it up just enough. Constantly varied!

Paleo coach – how many fruit servings in the snack size Paleo kit? (apologies if this question has already been answered)
Small Paleo Kit = 2 servings
Large Paleo Kit = 4 servings
Just to reiterate…we will (and would love to) scale for any athlete that wants to do the workout tomorrow. We can scale the weight and pull-ups. Do it!
