Welcome to the official Roots Intramural Open Week 2 Score Report, where we bring you all of the highlights from the week and announce the current leader.
Speaking of leaders… it’s official! Not only did CrossFit Roots win the friendly participation challenge with CrossFit Fort Vancouver and Diablo CrossFit (yay! We get our trophy back!) but Roots has the 4th highest participation in the United States and 12th in the WORLD!

Bowling Event Winners
All three teams showed up on Saturday and had the opportunity to earn points at the Bowling Event and WHAT AN EVENT IT WAS! Huge thank you to Jon Sisenwein and Sanay Patel for sponsoring the event with drinks and prizes. Thank you!!
Black Sheep took home the most points (193 points) from the event by crushing the highest pins games! Fez Around and Find Out took home second by winning the strike race and highest game thanks to Chris Dizon (64 points). And Taynacious P? Well, they can’t win ’em all but they definitely had the most fun (13 points).

The final week of the Open kicks off tomorrow and the Week 3 Challenge, Hobby Horse Showcase, happens Friday night from 6-8pm. Whether you’re on a team or not, stop by! You won’t want to miss the creativity and fun of this challenge.
