In teams of two, 
with only one partner working at a time,
partners alternate rounds to complete five sets each of:
20 Wall Ball Shots
10 Burpees
300 Meter Run

As part of the anniversary party celebration we gave away a new Roots tee to one person in each class yesterday. They are available in two 3/4 sleeve baseball tee options (red and gray) and a red short sleeve (v-neck for women).

You’re Invited!

Roots invites you to the annual Anniversary Party and Family Picnic at 11am at North Boulder Park.  We have a lot to celebrate this year because Roots is turning five!

Here’s what you need to know:

Food
We’ll provide the meat (from FATE Brewing Company and its amazing smoker). Please RSVP to the Evite so we can ensure we have enough meat for this protein-crazed crew!

Please bring one of the following sides to share (Paleo or gluten-free options much appreciated):
Salad
Appetizer
Chips and Dip
Dessert

Drinks
BYOB and stuff to share!  We’ll have waters. Please, no glass.

Music
We’ll have live music! If you play a musical instrument and would like to join in, please bring your instrument.

Sports
Get ready for kickball! If you have an outdoor sports game or activity you’d like to bring, please do!

Raffle
As always, we’ll raffle off a bunch of great prizes including free months memberships and a year of free Roots gear!

T-Shirts
We’ll have the new Roots tees on hand for purchase at the anniversary party!
