5 rounds, each for time, of:
20 chest-to-bar pull-ups
30 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball
40 push-ups
Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

Calling All Olympic Weightlifters!

Did you really want to be in Oly Club but could not make the evening training times? You might be in luck.

Roots is exploring the possibility of having a second Oly Club training time that would take place in the morning two days per week.  This training time would be separate from the current evening club time and athletes would have to commit to the morning or evening time.

We’d like to hear from you:
1. Are you interested?
2. Would you attend an 8:30am-10am training slot?  Or an 11-12:30pm training slot?

If so, please email Ryan with your interest and the time slot (8:30 or 11am) that you would be able to attend.  We’ll gauge interest and get back to everyone.
