Coming this Fall: Cyclo-CrossFit at Roots
Want to rule the cyclocross season this fall? Check out the Roots fall Cyclocross program – where bike trainers and CrossFit come together.
The program will take the tenets of a strong general physical preparedness program and tailor it to the needs of a cyclocross athlete. The structure of the program is designed to improve strength, agility, and stamina with a focus on cyclocross specific movement and metabolic pathways.
Program Length:
August 12th through October 14th
Program Meeting Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30am
Program Cost:
$150.00 per month (billed on the 15th for two months). Replaces regular group membership.

Love to do the cyclo-crossfit, but can’t do 8:30 am during the week. Have fun!
I don’t know who this Brady Kappius character is but I’d bet our Charlie/Badger can whup him at Fran (he might win a head-to-head ‘cross race though).
