Competitor Programming for the 2018/19 Season

Are you interested in doing more with CrossFit but not sure how to structure your efforts?
Maybe your goal is to do better in the 2019 Open, maybe you want to be part of a competitive team, or maybe you just like working out more and want to focus your efforts. No matter the reason, we encourage you to join us on Tuesday, July 31st at 6 pm for an interest meeting on the upcoming competitive season and how Roots will support athletes.
Over the years, CrossFit Roots has explored and executed numerous methods to enable a healthy competitive environment for those athletes who are interested in this pursuit, while still doing it in a manner that fuels accountability, progress, high-quality movement, coaching, and community. We are excited to share the structure for the next year.
Interested? Curious? Then join us at the meeting!
