“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.

Workout Details:
We will run heats of the workout from 9:00 until 10:30AM. Once you arrive, please sign yourself up for a heat start time on the heat sheets laid out at the front door.
The Cause:
100% of donation efforts go to help catastrophic childrens’ illnesses through organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Learn more here.

Of course! We’ll have a few workout options set-up for athletes to choose from. Just come play!
Breakfast Details:
We’re serving up a BIG shop breakfast as well. We’ll provide the eggs, bacon, sausage, butter, coffee, and epic-sized skillet. Please bring fruit or a loaf of gluten-free bread to share.
