MBS Welcomes Open Athletes
This Saturday MBS is hosting Workout 11.2 of the CrossFit Open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Information about how to participate is below. This will be a great opportunity to do the Open workout in a fun and competitive environment. Spectators are welcome to come watch, cheer, and support.
How to sign up:
1. To sign up for one of the listed heats below, post your requested heat to comments (ON THE MBS WEBSITE!) by 6:00 PM Friday, April 1st. Make sure to put your FULL name (First and Last) and an EMAIL (the email is only seen by us) where it asks for it along with your requested heat time.
2. Once you have posted your requested heat to comments, you are good to go. MBS will contact you via email if your heat time changes. We will keep the heat list as updated as possible and make as few changes as possible. All questions about the weekend can be asked and will be answered in comments. We decided this way would be most convenient to answer any questions about the weekend.
3. All updates will be posted in THIS POST on MBS’ website or in the comments of that post. Make sure to check back to the site during the week.

9:40 – 9:55: 12 Spots Open
10:00 – 10:15: 12 Spots Open

11:00 – 11:15: 12 Spots Open
11:20 – 11:35: 12 Spots Open

There is a $20 drop-in fee for visiting athletes.
