Parent/Kid Fun Hour

Your kid does burpees at home.  She wonders why you have huge flaps of skin hanging from your hands and why it’s sometimes hard to pick her up.  And, she’s been to happy hour and saw all the fun toys Mom and Dad get to play with.

Announcing the first parent/kid hour Saturday, August 14th.  Mom or Dad, bring your son or daughter (ages 6-12) for an action packed and fun hour of CrossFit.  Come show your kids what you do while at Roots and participate in a parent/kid team workout.

When: Saturday, August 14th, 10:30am
Where: ROOTS
Who: Mom or Dad and kids ages 6-12, one kid per parent (don’t worry, we’ll hit the other age groups down the road)
