“Helen”
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Is Today YOUR Day?
We will do Helen again. And when we do Helen again a number of us will come in the shop and say “Man, I should have written down my time last time.” Don’t let that be you!
Make today YOUR day. The day that you jot down your benchmark workout time so that when it comes up again in 6 months you can compare your times, notice improvement, and give yourself that little boost of confidence by showing yourself that your workout style is…well, working.
So snap a photo, jot it in a pretty log book that you can buy across the street at the paper store, or put it in Beyond the Whiteboard.
In six months when you do the workout 2 minutes faster with a heavier kettlebell and fewer bands, you’ll be STOKED to know.
Make it happen.
Great AM crew this morning! We had several pr’s by several minutes.
Keep it going PM’ers.
I PR’ed my Helen time by 1:52. Good thing I logged my time in Beyond the Whiteboard the last time I did it. 🙂
Nice work Emily! Jasmine PR’ed too by a lot and with fewer bands a heavier KB. Bones did a rowing Helen – grip strength madness!
