Athletes are like helicopters, tons of flying time and very little maintenance.  

CrossFit, hiking, biking, running, paddle boarding, water skiing, skiing, snowboarding – we do it ALL!  But for every hour of activity do you work through a corresponding amount of maintenance and mobility?
