What is the Cool Cruel Summer?
The Cool Cruel Summer Series runs throughout the summer on the third Thursday of each month (June-September). Afterward, folks stay to hang out, socialize, and enjoy summer. It’s a fun twist on a normal evening at Roots!
There is no formal class start time and the evening runs from 4-7pm. The coaches will organize waves of athletes to start together as well as guide warm-up and scaling options, as always. Athletes can come in and do the workout anytime between 4:00 and 7:00 pm (with the last wave starting at 6:20 pm).
This is a fun, laid-back environment that puts the summer fun into an evening at Roots.
What Can I Bring?
Please bring a drink to share! We’ll have light snacks for the July CCS before moving on to dinner for the August and September events!
