New Ropes

EMOM for 20 min:

It couldn't make us happier to see that we had to replace all the ropes at the shop. Why? Because our athletes are using them A TON!

New Ropes

We recently replaced all of the ropes at the shop.  We hope the new ropes will hold up a little bit better than the last few types we tried.

Either way, it sure makes us happy to have to replace equipment because our athletes used it to the point it fell apart!
