Paleo 2.0 Info Session Number 2 – Bring Your Chicken

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Check out all the health buzz words packed into this label: nonfat, no sugar added, Splenda, Erythritol, and Sorbitol. Non-fat cream? The definition of cream: the fatty part of milk, which rises to the surface when the liquid is allowed to stand. PEOPLE - if you're going to eat ice cream, PLEASE go for the real thing.
