Pecan Coconut Butter
The following recipe comes from PaleOMG. I first heard about it when my friend out at Trident CrossFit told Eric and I about it over a cup of coffee.
I use the pecan coconut butter in smoothies. My favorite is to use it in this smoothie and substitute it for the cashew butter (I don’t always add the protein powder, sometimes I just have meat on the side, but either way it’s AWESOME!). I also roll it up into cookie-dough-like-balls, put it in the freezer, and save it as a treat.
