Lindsay Ramsey is originally from Bellingham Washington and graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St Augustine in Florida and has been a physical therapist for almost 15 years.
Lindsay’s focus is on sports medicine and orthopedic manual physical therapy. Her treatments include myofascial work, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise and dry needling. Dry needling is a technique designed to help treat musculoskeletal or myofascial pain. It involves inserting a thin needle into the trigger point to reset the fibers of that muscle. The results are often immediate and provide noticeable improvements in both pain and range of motion.
Lindsay is known for being aggressive with injuries and focusing on discovering and fixing the mechanics behind the injury. She loves to get people back to what they enjoy most as quickly as possible. She believes that it is important to continue to learn the newest and most up to date techniques; her next certification will be in facial stretching.
