Announcing the 2020 CrossFit Roots stay-at-home Intramural Open!
How it works:
Four weeks, four different movements. You do as many reps of the specified movement each week. Your reps go to your team total. Your team’s score is ranked against the other teams at the end of each week.
Let us know YOU’RE IN here by filling out this form. We’ll divide the teams on Sunday, April 19th for kickoff on Monday, April 20th.
Each team will be led by a Coach and member team captain.
Give me an example:
Let’s say the movement is air squats. You and your team will work individually at home to log as many reps of air squats as you can throughout the week. Maybe you do 10 every hour on the hour during your work day. Maybe you wake up and do 50 each morning, for one week. How you accumulate your reps is up to you. The movement or exercise changes each week and is are bodyweight movements.
