Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 strict handstand push-ups
20 strict pull-ups
30 jumping alternating lunges

One week ago a bunch of Roots athletes embarked on a two month food challenge.
As part of this spring’s challenge, we’re posting weekly results. If athletes stayed within the rules of the week, they get a star (color doesn’t mean anything, we just thought lots of colors looked cooler on our board!).
