Summer is winding down as the school year is about to kick off! Many of you have been on vacation throughout the summer using your fitness which is SWEET.

Saturday & Sunday, August 24/25: Park Workout Weekend – August Edition
Iced toddy anyone? But first, you have to put in the work! Meet at North Boulder Park for a creative park workout and iced toddy afterward.
Friday, August 30th – Four Year Anniversary Party & Family Picnic, 5pm
Every year this party gets bigger and better and this year we’ve rented out the entire covered space at North Boulder Park. Please RSVP to the Evite by SUNDAY, AUGUST 25TH so we can be sure to have enough food. We’ll provide the meat and potatoes. Please bring a side or drink to share! Taking Oly 3-4 times a month really showed in my improvement in Isabel time and weight. Going up another 20lbs next time.
