Valentine’s Day Workout – All the Details

The annual Valentine’s Day workout is fast approaching.  Read below so you’re in the know!

When: Thursday, February 14th at 6:00PM

Who: This workout is open to CrossFit Roots couples.  Both partners must be active members at Roots.

How: Sign-up on MBO.  Both partners must sign-up in MBO under the Valentine’s Day WOD on the regular class schedule.

What: A couples workout (most people choose to workout with their spouse) followed by a happy hour until 7:30pm

Childcare: As listed in the newsletter and posted on the site, we will again offer childcare this year.  Sign-up is limited and registration is available on the clipboard at the front desk of the shop.  Cost is $10 for the first child and $3 for each additional child.  No diaper changing services included.

    Are we able to order the Chicken Jerky kits yet? I placed a big order on those last time and they (Steve’s) didn’t have any. Worth ordering again or is there still a shortage of chicken jerky?
