Mobility Class Added to Winter Class Schedule!
Mobility class is here! Ready to finally start working on those range of motion issues, or those nagging aches and pains, or just want to get in some good preventative maintenance? Then this is the class for you.
Mobility classes will utilize techniques from many different realms of mobilization including yoga, physical therapy modalities, massage techniques, strength work and more. Wait, did he just say strength work? That’s right. Part of increasing mobility is strengthening the muscles required to hold our newfound mobility end-ranges.
You will sweat, breath hard, and probably be generally uncomfortable, but you’ll leave with a freer body and a knowledge of what you need more work on and how to work at it on your own.
Classes will be held Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 4:30pm and last 30 minutes.
