Share your love for CrossFit with the world and get rewarded for doing so! Beginning this month and ongoing, we will give you a free month at Roots when you refer a friend.

How Do I Bring a Friend to Check it Out?
You can bring your friend to any group WOD class on Thursdays. Simply have them show up 15 minutes before the start of the class to sign a waiver and we’ll take care of the rest! We have found that there’s no better way to introduce a friend to CrossFit than in one of our regular group classes. We also offer a Free Class on Sundays at 10:30am.

How Do They Sign-up?
We start everyone with three personal training sessions or a Group Foundations Course. The group Foundations Course meets Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:00pm. Personal Training sessions can be scheduled at times that work for the individual. Read more about how to Get Started HERE.
