Complete this workout just as the song is sung.  On the first day of CrossFit Roots, my true love gave to me, 1 broad jump.  On the second day of CrossFit Roots my true love gave to me, 2 bear crawl, and 1 broad jump.  Continue…3, 2, 1 – 4, 3, 2, 1 all the way to 12, 11, 10, 9, 8…3, 2, 1.  And have fun!
