We’re in the midst of the holidays. You’re enjoying the family time, the traditions, the celebration, but at night when you lay your head to sleep you perhaps think – “Ok, I might need to reel it in, soon.”
We know this feeling all to well – and we’re here to help. We are excited to announce the 2016 12 Day Reboot! It’s a simple and short way to put a stop to the post-holiday slide that affects many people.
The 12 Day Reboot is a 12-day series where we’ll list one daily requirement on the blog for the following day. The requirement will be centered around getting back on track in regard to food, workouts, sleep, and health.
There’s no fee to sign-up and no coaching. Just a simple daily task that you have to accomplish for twelve days – just under two weeks. Each daily requirement is simple and relatively short on time commitment (0-20 minutes, in one case maybe 30). We’ll post the requirement for the following day on the blog at 6pm the night before so you can prepare.
The initial buy-in is this:
1. Commit to twelve days beginning January 2nd, 2016 (the first requirement will be posted January 1st to be completed on January 2nd)
2. No alcohol for twelve days
3. No sugar for twelve days
If you are IN, you will post your name to comments on January 1st. Each day that you complete the task you will also post your name to comments. If you fail to complete the requirement, you will not post your name to comments that day.
Questions? Post to comments.
