  1. Competed in my first Oly Meet after training for it. Hit both a snatch PR 115# LB and a 155# C&J! Also got my first full rope climb and hit a 295# deadlift PR. I credit the Zone Diet. Helped me get really focused on eating for results. Lost body fat % and gained lean muscle. I’m excited for 2016 to continue the Zone and Oly training!

Since I first started Crossfit, I have always wanted to do a muscle-up. This year, I teamed up with Ali who put together a specific program based on my abilities. Each week we met for 30 minutes and worked on strength and skill development. Ali also gave me drills to practice during the week. I got my first muscle-up in Nov. and am continuing to work each week on muscle-up drills so I get more consistent and improve my technique and strength.
