155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

There are many ways to make strength class part of your week. Wednesdays at 12:30, Thursdays at 7:00pm, and Fridays at 7:30am.
