Sprint 100 meters
10 Pull-ups
Sprint 100 meters
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds

If you did both Saturday and Monday’s workouts, consider switching the pull-ups to KB swings.

Ski Passes

Alright kids, it’s almost that time of year.  Time to start thinking about the coming winter months and where you’ll be shredding snow when it gets cold.  Are you going to stay local, tear up Copper/Winterpark, or rock the 5 Mountain Pass? Weekday skier or weekender?  Lift tickets or pass?  Board or ski, xc or skate?
