2 min rope climbs (1 rep = 1 point)
2 min 1-arm KB C&J (1 rep = 1 point)
2 min DUs. (10 reps = 1 point)
Total reps over 18 minutes = score.

Important Dates!

New class schedule times roll out over the next two weeks.  Early morning, midmorning, lunch hour, evening, and late evening classes all added to schedule over next two weeks – 16 total!

Memorial Day Murph! – Sunday, May 27th
Come do the workout Murph and bring a potluck brunch item to share.  The festivities take place from 9-11am.  You don’t want to miss this one!
