A little of this, a little of that

10 minutes handstand walk practice, then:

Run 200 meters backwards
25 KB swings
Carry your KB around the building
Carry a plate overhead around the building
25 box jumps
Run 400 meters
50 jumping lunges
25 burpees
Run 200 meters backwards
