20 minute AMRAP Number Two

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Doing heavy dead lifts in tennis shoes is like lifting on a big sponge.  You don’t need a fancy shoe here – we love to see our athletes in Converse All-Stars or skate shoes such as DCs or Roxys.  Not only do we recommend a basic flat shoe for heavy lifting, we are confident you could do CrossFit workouts that involve running in the same exact shoes!  Whoa!  Thanks Meredith for pointing us to this great article.
