January Foundations Course

Sign-up now for the January Foundations Course.  The Foundations Course is a pre-requisite for joining our group classes. Our Foundations Courses tend to fill up 1-3 weeks advance so please plan ahead!

The Foundations Course is a series of 12 classes that:
– Teach and familiarize you with the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit as well as other exercises used in the group classes
– Introduce you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty
– Start you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health
– Get you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes
The Foundations Course consists of 12 training sessions over one month and is limited to 6 people per course.  The next Foundations Course begins January 4th and meets M, W, F at 1pm. Email us for details or sign-up here under Seminars.
