Calling all Roots members! Do you have a parent or friend who lives in town and could benefit from a supervised exercise program? Are you over the age of 55 and looking to start a new fitness routine? You are in luck!
CrossFit Roots is proud to announce the Vitality Program! This is a program for 55+ year old individuals looking to increase their quality of life through increased functional fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. In addition, this program focuses on increasing bone density and reinforcing tendons and ligaments while sharpening the brain/body connection. No previous exercise history is required!
This program begins on Tuesday, November 8th and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30AM to 11:30AM with Coach Ryan Landis. Cost is 100$ per month. You do not need to be a Roots member to join this program! All Vitality Program participants will receive a free health history review and physical assessment prior to the start of their class.
