Roots' Fall Nutrition Challenge is the Foundations Challenge

WHAT IS IT?

The Fall 2018 Nutrition Challenge combines #800g and macros!

Designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition and Own Your Eating, the challenge will help people better understand the two unavoidable truths in nutrition: quality and quantity matter! Sure, you can pay attention to one versus the other but getting a 6-pack of abs and living to 100 years old requires both!

Combine the #800gChallenge that is dedicated to fruit and vegetable consumption (quality) with Macros which is dedicated to eating the right quantity of food according to your macros prescription (quantity) and voila! – the Foundations Challenge was born.

Participants will eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, as well as adhere to personalized protein, carbohydrate, and fat requirements each day. More details provided at the Chalk Talk!

Classes will be canceled at that hour. Please plan to attend to take an important step in improving your health and fitness for years to come. Supporting family members welcome!

COST

$75/per person (that’s just $15/week!).

This includes your personalized macros numbers and the daily educational content provided in a private SugarWOD track throughout the challenge.

Not included in the cost, but HIGHLY recommended:

  1. Body composition at Colorado Nutrition before and after the challenge ($20/scan).
  2. Super simplified blood work analysis via Fuelary ($79/each time).

Particularly with a challenge that is so exacting, these are great ways to assess your progress with the challenge.

PRIZES

A prize pack including a month of free membership will be awarded to the person with the highest point total at the end of the 5 weeks.
