For most of us, the knowledge that we should eat clean, well-balanced, healthy meals is known and obvious. It’s the execution that inhibits our progress.
For me, not having healthy options cooked and ready to go at our house is a surefire way for us to embark on a steady decline in food quality. It causes me to leave the house for the day empty handed, deciding to fend for myself throughout the day. In the end, I’ll eat out and grab more processed food choices, both of which require me to take more time out of my day to actually go and find the food! And it costs way more…
Last year, Abby Knowles launched Boulder Kitchen Collective. It’s everything you’d want from a clean eating food delivery service. It’s delicious, simple, and has become an important part of our weekly meal planning in the Christensen household.
