The Strength Class

The strength class begins this Saturday at 10:30am. Come train with coach Ryan in unconventional ways to build unconventional strength!  The class will focus on strength development incorporating moves from strongman training, powerlifting, the Olympic lifts, old time strongmen, grip specialists and many others!  Sign-up on MBO to reserve your spot.
