The All Girls Workout

Mark your calendars for the all girls workout.  Friday, January 22nd at 5:30pm. Roots females, come get in a workout involving lots of heavy stuff and weight overhead to the tune of some angry girl music.  Afterward there may be drinks and or dinner involved – don’t plan on showering afterward.  Sign-up on MBO if you plan to attend!
