Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

All Girls Workout tonight at 5:30pm.

Saturday is your second opportunity to hit the CrossFit Total. This is your last opportunity to get your benchmark numbers for 2010.  If you have already completed The Total come to the strength class or take the day off.  NOTE: If you do the Total on Saturday you are not allowed to attend the strength class.  Give you body a break – sheesh!
