Class Sign Up

Please see below for instructions on class scheduling and sign-up.

Zen Planner

Zen Planner is the client management system we utilize to manage class attendance and plan workouts. You will use your login/password to access and utilize the online class sign-up system.

How To Get Started

  1. Download the Zen Planner Member App.
  2. Log in with the username and password emailed to you.
  3. Under the Membership tab, click the Reserve button for the class you want to attend.
  4. Manage your reservations (Add to your Calendar or Cancel) under the Reserved tab.

*Please note – all classes have a 2-hour cancellation policy. No Shows count as late cancels. No shows and late cancels are $10 per instance and are billed to the athlete’s account. You will receive an automated email from Zen Planner when a late cancel/no show occurs if you have opted in for reminder/notification emails. If you receive one in error, please respond as soon as possible to avoid an errant charge. Please also cancel yourself out of a class even if it is within the 2-hour window to allow someone else to take the open space.  

Class Sign In

When you arrive for class, is an iPad set up at the front desk. Click on the appropriate time and sign yourself in before proceeding to class. If you did not sign up in advance and there are spaces available, you can add yourself from the sign-in screen. Alert a coach if there are any iPad system issues.
