Mobility 2.0

How often do you stretch on your own during a week?   You don’t really expect years of sitting behind a desk, logging hundreds of miles on a bike, or even old “college years” injuries to fix themselves, do you? Well here is your second chance to make change. Beginning Sunday, April 10th, CrossFit Roots will launch another round of Shane’s mobility classes…with improvements of course.

Due to popular demand, the mobility classes will be offered twice a week; Sundays at 9am and Thursdays at 8am. Athletes have two options:

– 1x/week for 4 weeks (you must pick a Thursday OR a Sunday attendance schedule) – $50
– 2x/week for 4 weeks (both Thursday and Sunday) – $90

Athletes can expect to learn different methods of stretching and mobility work that will help to decrease risk of injury, gain flexibility, and help athletes get into stronger working positions. Classes are 45 minutes long.

The material covered will be different than last time, but there will be some overlap. In any case, if you enjoyed round 1 feel free to try it again with a 10% discount. You’ll learn some new material and gain a better understanding of old material.

To reserve a spot in the class, email Shane. Please be sure to list whether you would like to attend 1x/week (and which day – Thursday or Sunday) or both classes each week.
