Class Schedule Fun

Hi Folks!

We’re going to mix-up the class schedule in the following weeks to make some great and cool changes.  We’d like your feedback on a few items please!  Please post your choices to comments by this Wednesday.  Either click the Comments section at the bottom of this post or click the link in this paragraph and scroll down to the comment space.  Thanks!   We really appreciate your feedback!

1. Would you attend an 8:00am or 8:30am group WOD class?
A. 8:00am
B. 8:30am
C. I probably wouldn’t ever attend either.

2. Would you attend an 10:00am WOD class?
A. Yes
B. No

3. Would you prefer the evening classes run on a 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 schedule or a 4, 5, 6pm schedule?
A. on the half hour
B. on the hour (as is)

4. Would you like to see a strength or Oly option at one of the 5:30/6:30 and or the 6:00/7:00 morning hours?
A. Yes, I’d be interested! (please post ST, Oly, or either if selecting A)
B. No

5. What class hour would you like to see offered?
Just write in the exact time you’d love to see.  If it’s already offered, post that time!  For example, if you’d love to see a 9:30am class, post it!  If you’d like to see a specialty class offered at a specific time, post it to comments!

    4. I’d rather have another evening oly and keep WODs in the morning.
    5. Oly class, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 PM (or really any times 6:00 PM and later, any days, at least twice a week). WOD Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30 AM, Saturday 7:30 AM (or any other time on Saturday). Open shop Sunday 9:30 AM (or any time on Sunday, or even Saturday after WODs).

    5. I’d love to see another squat clinic and pull-up clinic. Also, Zac’s ring clinic/gymnastics. Can’t really specify the time… but preferably not on Wednesday’s and not in the evenings on Friday’s.

    5. i’m with the other endurance kids, an endurance time-slot in the morning or evening would be great – but i probably won’t take advantage until late summer, so i’m not sure my vote counts at this point.

    6- Other suggestions.  It would help if WOD had the Day of the week it is for.  I’m glad it now has a date, but the date is often not correct.  Example: if I’m reading it correctly, the workout for Wednesday, (June 1) says May 31.  The workout for Tuesday, (May 31,) says May 30th.  Knowing you were closed on Monday, (May 30th,) I’m guessing the dates are not correct.  I’m often going back through the workouts to figure out which day it is really for.

    5.  Gymnastic Classes (rings, pullups, handstands, etc) – after 5pm // another evening OLY // love the Open Shop on Sunday, but would be nice to be earlier if possible (8-10, 10-12) – current time kinda eats up other daytime options for people, but it is better than nothing and is appreciated 🙂

    5 I would love to see a strength at 6pm on Thu, or Endurance at 6pm so I can go. I work East of town and am expected at my desk 8 – 5 to sneak out early for a 5pm classs is tough and it takes a while to get up west to the rarified West end of Pearl St.
