Shout Out Friday!
Here’s your chance. Give props, big-ups, and kuddos to the folks you workout next to everyday. Did you see someone make a break through, do something great, or something nice? Here’s your chance to give them the credit they deserve, it’s shout out Friday!
What exactly is a shout out? See below.
shout-out (n.) Slang. A public expression of thanks or gratitude. A kind mention of a homey.
Examples include:
“I’d like to give a shout out to Eric for managing and keeping on schedule one super awesome new Roots home build-out.”
“I’d like to give a shout-out to Stef for designing such super fly t-shirts”
“I’d like to give a shout-out to Chad for rocking a new one rep max deadlift like it was a feather!”
Let’s start this off with Wendy’s 200 lb deadlift yesterday, and Lindsey’s 190 lb first time deadlift. Rock on!
Way to go ladies!! Woot! Shout out to Dizon, Gator, and Chad for their awesome ring skills! Great video!
Shout out to all our coaches and members (Eric, Nicole, Zac, Sampo, et al) that are spending a lot of time designing the layout and assembling our new Box – can’t wait to experience the final product!
SHOUT OUT to Coach Lauren for making all those ERG numbers make sense!
(…and for having last Saturday’s workout on Saturday, and NOT last Tuesday – OUCH!)
To the guys killing it at Masters and to Walker getting ‘er done at the LoDo competition. Nicely done!
Super shout-out to Davis and Tiffany for sharing their homemade gluten-free donut holes! Not a bad way to finish a Saturday workout.
