On the second day of CrossFit Roots my true love gave to me, 2 bear crawl, and 1 broad jump. Continue…3, 2, 1 – 4, 3, 2, 1 all the way to 12, 11, 10, 9, 8…3, 2, 1. And have fun!

I love this WOD!
This looks like a ton of fun, I wish I was out in Boulder to enjoy it with all of you! As it is athlete appreciation day, I just want to say thank you to all the athletes as well as coaches at Roots for making my first few months in Boulder so awesome. The gym has become a home away from home and I accredit that to everyone in the community. I look forward to seeing everyone in the new year. Happy Holidays, you all are the best!
