Fuel Your Journey Kick-off

Come in clothes ready to workout!  Start with the challenge details and group breakout.  Work on defining your challenge goals and wrap-up the evening with the athlete intake (including a workout).

  1. Thanks for providing the bloodwork today, Roots! My levels were always pretty good, but now they’re kind of amazing. Can a 6 week IF/Paleo challenge get them to superhuman levels? I guess we’ll see!
