Cool article in CF Journal discussing Sisyphus, Spealler, existentiailsm, and CrossFit. Worth a read: http://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ_Sisyphus_Drexler_FINAL3.pdf
How cute, she included a phonetic pronunciation of Sisyphus. And no, I don’t have an unpretentious bone in my body.
Has the Whiteboard functionality gone away, or is my computer just screwed up?
I’m liking that we’ve had a lot of oly stuff come up in WODs lately, it helps more than it sucks. Usually!

my favorite quote:
“You’re twisting, you’re turning, you’re going down low, you’re coming up high, and your core is engaged,” she said. “That is getting those abdominal muscles ready to be able to push out a baby.”
hmmm. I don’t recall that it was my abdominal muscles that pushed out my baby. It was something else entirely that was sore for over a month afterwards!!!
