Weekly Schedule (begins Monday, August 12)
Monday: High School at 5 pm
Tuesday: Middle-School at 4:30 pm, High School at 5:15 pm
Wednesday: Combined Middle/High School at 5 pm
Thursday: Middle-School at 4:30 pm, High School at 5:15 pm
Our weekend schedule will continue with two weekends per month. On these weekends we will have a kids class at 9:00 am, and a Middle School/High School combined class at 10:00 am.
About Our Program
The Middle School and High School programs are for the student looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Through a supportive and challenging environment students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we make each session appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete.
How to Sign-up
Students interested in this program can begin with a free class. Parents, please make sure to come to the first session with your middle school or high school student so you can fill out a waiver. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to get squared away.
After taking a class, students can sign-up one of three ways:
• Middle School Unlimited Membership: $80/month
• High School Unlimited Membership: $100/month
• Program punchcard: $125 for 10 sessions (180 days to use)
