The 2016 Annual Thanksgiving Shit Show! In teams of four, complete the follow three ten minute segments back to back and in any order: TC Shout Out Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of: Partner Deadlift (315, 225, 155) Rope Climb Burpee Over Box, 24″ Speed Clean Ladder Over the course of ten minutes, each teammate will take two :40 second attempts to work as far as possible through the speed clean ladder.
