Week 3 Menu
- Beef Bolognese – Parker Pastures 100% grass fed ground beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, ghee, salt and pepper
- Roasted Spaghetti Squash – spaghetti squash, evoo, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
- Steamed Spinach – spinach, shallots, avocado oil, salt and pepper
- Baked Apples – Fiji apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt
- Pesto – pine nuts, walnuts, basil, garlic, lemon juice, avocado oil, salt
- Almond Butter – almonds, almond oil, maple sugar, salt

- Orders are due by Thursday, February 8th at 6 pm. Orders must be picked up on Sunday, February 11th between 6-6:30pm or must have selected delivery option in order. Food will not be delivered to or stored at CrossFit Roots.
- Orders can be picked up at the Fresh Thymes Market Place on 28th Street (this is DIFFERENT than Fresh Thymes Eatery). 2690 28th St. Unit F, in Boulder, Colorado, conveniently located near 28th and Valmont Road.
- The quantity of each container = 800gram or 28.5 ounces.
