Brussels Sprout Guacamole
Modify measurements based on your own block prescription, if doing Zone.
Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts
Avocado
Radish
Sea salt
Pepper
Cayenne (optional)
Shred Brussels, radish and avocado
Steam sprouts & radish (in pressure cooker this takes two minutes) or use 400 degree oven to roast sprouts & radish.
Use food processor to purée, radish and avocado. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne (optional) to taste
Purée can be enjoyed with a protein or used as a condiment. Works great as a sauce for cauliflower pizza too!
